The Brand 

If you’re heading to Cornwall on holiday, you will be hard pressed to find a more action-packed base for a family adventure than St Ives Bay. The park has over 300 accommodation options, direct beach access and a host of fun-filled amenities including an indoor pool, bars and bistros, tennis courts, a surf school and crazy golf.

The Goal

St Ives Bay’s management team reached out to us to help drive occupancy and accommodation bookings for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. The target audience is young families in the UK and Germany during peak season and couples and empty-nesters during the shoulder periods.

The End Result

Over the past 18 months, the team has rolled out a series of optimised videos and animations with colourful copy, that momentarily transported users from their screens to the sub-tropical shores of Cornwall. The end result is six-figures in direct sales and a X5.2 return on ad spend. We were even able to improve efficiency, reducing cost per acquisition by 55% versus the brand’s previous agency.
