As Paid Media Manager, you will join Target with a minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media advertising and eCommerce - gained in-house, freelance or from another agency.
70% of your time will be focused on campaign management for our key eCommerce clients, with the remaining 30% being spent department building for the first 6 months (e.g. refining processes, enriching strategy frameworks, building out IP with the Head of Growth & Head of Strategy).

As an Intern Videographer & Editor at Target you will operate at the intersection of the creative and performance marketing teams.
This is an entry-level role. Perfect for a creatively-minded A-Level, Diploma or Degree level videography, film or media studies student/graduate, looking to break into the advertising and marketing industry on a part-time basis.
In this role you will be supporting the Head of Growth & Head of Design to plan, shoot and edit social-first content for YouTube, Instagram Reels & TikTok.
Your primary project will be to take the lead on shooting and editing the video and audio for our Performance Marketing Podcast series. You will also have the opportunity to conceptualise, create and distribute creative social media content for both the agency and its clients.
Full training and equipment will be provided.
